Shipping, delivery, and other stores
If I buy a print book, how long does it take to get to me?
It depends which country you're in, and which shipping option you choose at checkout. It won't be 'next day shipping' though!
As an independent author working with an independent printer, I can't go as fast as the big online stores, but the quality of the books is excellent, and you're supporting a stronger creative eco-system.
Each book is printed individually and sent to you from the independent printer I use here in the UK but they now partner with printers in the US, Canada, and Australia
It can take 10-15 working days to reach you outside the UK. Thank you for your patience!
How can I buy a signed book?
I love to offer signed books. Please contact me with the book/s you would like, your mailing address, and the date you'd like it by, and I will get back to you with options.
If I buy an ebook or an audiobook, how do I read it/listen to it? Or get it to my favorite device?
Once you purchase a digital book (ebook or audio), you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the book, or you can send the book directly to your favorite device. If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.
You can also find your books in your Bookfunnel library at https://My.BookFunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.

Why would I buy a paperback from you when I can get it on one of the big online stores for a cheaper price and free shipping?
There is no way I can compete with the big online stores, so basically, you are supporting me as an independent author, and my independent printer, which is much appreciated!
The books are excellent quality and I plan selling special formats and bundles here, as well as merchandise, that I don't sell elsewhere, so you will get exclusive deals and better pricing here.
Can I buy your books in any format on other online bookstores?
You can buy my books pretty much everywhere in most formats — ebook, audiobook, paperback, and sometimes in Large Print and hardback editions.
Just search for the author name/s and the book title/s on the store you prefer to shop at.
Can I order your books from my local bookstore?
Yes, you should be able to order my books in-store as they are included in the catalogues that bookstores order from.
Can I borrow your books from my local library?
Yes, you should be able to borrow my books from the library as they are included in the catalogues that libraries order from. Just ask the librarian issue.
I have a problem with my order. Do you offer returns?
