Can I exchange an item?
For print books, sorry, no, that is not possible nor economically viable for my small business other than in exceptional circumstances. You must supply full details of the reason for requesting an exchange.
For eBooks or audiobooks, please email me at the address above with a full explanation of the reason for your request and we will look into the matter.
My ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by email within minutes through Bookfunnel. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a link within 10 minutes.
Print books are printed individually to order and shipped through my independent printer from the UK or from the US. It usually takes a few days to print and then 3-5 days to ship in the UK, and 5-14 days in the US and elsewhere. You can track the shipping with the link in your order.
Shipping rates are set by the parcel companies my printer uses and I have no control over those prices.
